On Friday, March 7th, 2025, the Purim festival Adloyda will take to the streets in a colorful procession along Emek HaHula. Please note that roads will be closed during the event. For all Purim events click here
The Adloyada is held with the participation of the city's elementary schools. Between 11:00 and 16:00, a happening will take place in the Fish Park, and at the end of the procession, there will be a performance by the star Anna Zak.
This year, the Adloyada will be on the theme of "the Israeli spirit", with messages of hope, unity of hearts, pioneering and Zionism, in the shadow of the war that has been going on for almost a year and a half. For example, Israeli inventions and patents such as disk-on-key, "Ben Gurion Rice" (ptitim) and the Iron Dome, Israeli agriculture, Israeli games, national symbols, Israeli landscapes and more.
During this period, schools are working hard to prepare the displays and costumes, with each school presenting in vivid vcolor a topic that conveys the message of the "Israeli spirit", and this is expected to be a particularly exciting procession.
In addition to the schools, representatives of youth movements, parent leadership, representatives of the City Council, volunteer organizations, chugim and others, will participate in the Adloyada procession.
The procession will end, as always, at the Fish Park. There will be activities, food stalls and a performance by the star Anna Zak. In the event of wintry weather, the Adloyda will be canceled.
A week later, during the Purim holiday on 14.3.25, a street party will be held on the central Avenue between 12:00 and 16:00. Energetic performances, food, and a happy atmosphere with Netta Barzilai, and an original combination of sound and technology. Also performing will be Agam Bohbot in an immersive performance with the best hits, DJ Chen Sokolovsky and the Rockville band with Israeli songs from the 70s.
On 16.3.25, a Purim happening for the whole family will be held at the Fish Park with shows, activities, inflatables and food stands. On stage will be Roy Boy, the king of the jungle, who goes on an adventure following a lost dinosaur egg, with an immersive African rhythm. Also performing will be Sherry Pop, the first pop singer from the Yuval HaMebulbal family, with original and refreshing hits for the little ones. All this will happen between 15:00-11:00.
