The municipal call center responds to all residents' enquiries; receiving, directing and monitoring referrals until a solution is obtained that is satisfactory to the residents.

The data and call center reports serve as a basis for making decisions at planning levels, directing resources and prioritizing current issues. The call center is authorized to operate municipal patrols and operations defined as security or urgent issues.

The Call Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call: 106 or 08-9726020

The Call Center receives inquiries regarding urban hazards and emergencies 24 hours a day:
• Infrastructure – Roads, sidewalks, lighting and traffic signs, drainage, leakage
• Sanitation - pest control
• Garbage collection and garden waste
• Play apparatus in parks
• Public Lighting
• Sidewalks
• Drainage and cleaning
• Municipal inspection
• Gardens & Landscaping
• Areas of veterinary practice
• Current security issues
• Traffic and transportation
• Construction supervision
