Ahead of Passover, the Shefa Administration at the municipality is preparing for a cleaning operation, removing garbage and trimmings throughout the city. Residents are asked to make sure to put out trimmings and scrap according to the removal days in each neighborhood, which are published on the municipality's website.
Trimmings and scrap can be taken out until Wednesday, 9.4.25 at the latest. From Thursday 10.4.25 there is a complete ban on taking out trimmings and scrap. The municipality reported that during these days, increased enforcement will take place throughout the city.
Trimmings and scrap must be taken out to the side of the road or public parking and be concentrated in a pile shared with nearby houses.
The Department of Quality and Environmental Planning reported that following the increase in the amount of household waste ahead of the holiday, it is important to recycle electronic waste at many of the Israel Recycling Corporation’s recycling stations across the city.
