Technology park
The Technology Park of Modiin Maccabim Reut is located at the northern end of the city next to Ben Shemen Forest. The area is a modern industrial park set in green forest.
The building construction is comprised of an environmentally friendly design that combines stone and glass. The area’s operations are primarily industrial offices, hi-tech, industrial manufacturing, and clean industries that meet strict environmental regulations.
The area has commercial centers and offices alongside recreation and leisure areas, including a convention hall and restaurants.
There is quick and easy access to the Technology Park from Route 443, Route 431, and Highway 1 via inner-city Route 4.
Einav Center, the commercial area of Modiin Maccabim Reut, was designed to provide a range of services to the residents of the city.
There are shopping centers, offices, light industry, garages, multi-purpose areas, event halls, and entertainment venues such as cinemas, restaurants and cafes. Einav Center is located on Route 431 that connects the city to Highway 1 and west towards Ramla, Lod, and Rishon Lezion and inner-city Route 4 that connects Einav Center to the Technology Park of the city.
Across from Einav Center is the Patei Modiin Train Station with a large parking lot and maximum accessibility to the area.
