On Sunday we received very difficult news of the death of city resident Staff Sergeant Tzur Avraham, 22 years old, a Nahal Patrol fighter who fell in battle in Gaza.
The late Sergeant Tzur Avraham, 22, was the son of Shemer and Yifat Avraham, a graduate of Lapid Yeshiva High School and a member of the 'Heichal Nahum' congregation. He left behind his parents, three sisters and two brothers.
Residents of Modi'in Maccabim Reut accompanied the family with a chain of flags on the route from their home to the military cemetery.
