"Yoda" youth center offers special benefits intended for the families whose family members serving in the IDF live in the city, to provide them with a moment of respite, while expressing appreciation for their contribution.
As part of the initiative, the municipality will offer a variety of activities and benefits in the months of October and November 2024.
In the afternoon, a unique space will be opened for families in which one of the parents is in reserve or permanent IDF service.
At the "Cafe" youth club located on Emek Dotan 29, families will be able to spend a pleasant afternoon, together with the "Cafe" youth who will play with the children in the club area. The area will include mattresses and soft toys for babies, craft areas and coloring pages, board games, soap bubbles and ball games in the club's outdoor square.
Light refreshments will be served for the families to enjoy. The activity is intended for children from the age of one to the age of 9. The space will operate on two Wednesdays on 10.30.24 and 13.11.24, between 16:30 and 19:00. Click here to register.
In addition, the Tzivoni community center in the community wing will operate a gymboree area open to parents and young children on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Families of reserve and career soldiers are invited to enjoy activities from this coming Sunday, 13.10.24. The center will not operate during Sukkot.
Also, the collaboration forged with Hot Cinema Modiin will be renewed, where families can purchase a movie ticket at a cost of NIS 15 per ticket, as the number of people in the nuclear family. Redemption of the benefit is conditional upon presentation of a soldier’s certificate at the cinema box office. The benefit is until the end of 2024 or until the end of the inventory, whichever comes first.
